Training

Effective ministry among diaspora communities, especially those that are forcibly displaced, can require some specialized training. This training typically involves one or more of the following: understanding worldview, cross-cultural communication, trauma-informed approaches, multicultural teamwork, and ways local culture and Scripture intersect. We have some members of our team who can train or teach on many of these topics, or recommend those who can.
